Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the March 14, 2013 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Thaddeus Buczko and Sumner Jones
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Mayor’s Office, City Hall.
Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2013 with on correction; to change the present list to show Sumner Jones in attendance not Sumner Raymond. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted three requests for medication expense reimbursement. After review, Thaddeus Buczko made a motion to approve $729.17 from the Endicott Fund for the expenses. The motion was seconded by Sumner Jones and voted unanimously.
William P. Goreham, Treasurer sent copies of the Second Quarter Report for the Board members to review. Copies were distributed.
The Second Quarter Report showed interest earned on the Perpetual Care Account at $5,669.54. This will be sent the City of Salem Dept. of Open Space.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:48 P.M.
